I see individuals, couples, families, adolescents and children for a variety of mental health issues (i.e., depression/anxiety, marital/parenting problems, history of sexual/physical abuse, grief, stress, work related issues, etc.).  I am a clinical member of AAMFT (American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy) and am marriage friendly in my approach. 
My basic philosophy deals with working with an entire system.  If I can help an individual/s look at the big picture: what is best for all players involved (i.e. spouses, children, co-workers, extended family, or any other applicable relationship) - then I can help my clients find a better sense of happiness, peace and contentment with the decisions they make and the direction they take their lives in.
My ultimate goal is that all parties who enter my office feel respected, safe and heard.  I want to work with my clients in a team-based approach, where we are all involved in the goal-setting process.  I want my clients to feel that the time and money being spent on our time together is an investment in their future relationships with those who are most meaningful in their lives.  Not only do you invest in me; I promise to invest in you.
